PH-030/PH-031 are unblocked on everything except which rows supply brand/composition/pack/MRP. What remains open is ONLY the base dataset: NPPA extract vs commercial licence vs curated-from-stores. data.gov.in is closed - checked 2026-10-22, no drug product catalogue exists.
